Case Study Online Travel Training

Brief

Work with the OTT platform to design and create a fully immersive and engaging agent training tool. Bespoke site to be sat on an external URL.

Result

Took feedback and requirements from the sale teams and perspective agents to ensure the bespoke site delivered a tool that would not only be user friendly, but invaluable as a training aid.

Strongly focused on imagery, animated graphics and breaking content into small, digestible chunks. Also provided lots of content that agents could download and keep as a reference point, echoing the training course.

Within the first year of launch, site won an OTT award for being one of the top training courses, with one of the highest numbers of uptakes from their whole database/course library.
